House Beautiful Advisory Board Member & African-American top 20 Interior Designer Nile Johnson was born and raised in Baltimore, MD, and is the multi-award-winning Interior Design Principal of Nile Johnson Interior Design. His work has been featured on HGTV and in national and local publications, such as Architectural Digest, Business of Home, Better Homes & Gardens, & Elle Decor. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design and a Master of Science degree in Interior Architecture. Nile currently resides in Kennett Square, a western suburb of Philadelphia. He is an adjunct faculty member in the Interior Design department at a local college, a Board Member in the Interior Design Department at Sinclair College, and a Black Artists + Designers Guild (BADG) member. Nile was recently named a Rising Star of Design by Traditional Home Magazine.
