Hood Life: A Clean & Healthy Lifestyle

Happy New Year!!

The month of December was super hectic, and with all the holiday and project wrap-up hustle and bustle going on, spending a few moments on my Instagram “top 9” posts of 2019 was not in the cards... or my schedule for that matter.  Besides, using the number of likes as the barometer or standard for my best moments within a year, wouldn’t necessarily align with the moments I would personally select. Having said that, now is the perfect time to begin reflection on the past year, it’s events, accomplishments, lessons, and challenges.

One of my favorite moments from 2019 would have to be the Zephyr Designer Retreat. Hands down.  The trip was filled with showroom visits, wine tastings, great meals, along with tons of creative connectivity. It was the best. Above all, visiting Zephyrs 7000 square foot state of the art showroom allowed me to learn a ton about Zephyr, their product line, indoor air quality, and the art of wine refrigeration... and now I am obsessed with the opportunity to introduce and incorporate the Zephyr brand into my clients and my own lifestyle.

Check out my design notes below, from this amazing experience.

This information was mind-blowing! I mean, I’m certainly a homebody, and with my office headquartered in a section of my home, my percentage for indoor time is way up from the 90%

This is why knowing the benefits of proper kitchen ventilation is super important.  Want to know them?  I’ve got you... Take a look below.

...and I certainly don’t want to spend hours upon hours designing and specifying products for a space that will (over time) become taken over by smelly contaminants.

The Zephyr experience was one I will never forget, and am completely grateful for.
