Execution & Procurement

Design Foundations is a planning-led service with guided execution. Clients coordinate secondary trades—such as contractors, painters, electricians, and installers—while NJID leads the design through budgeting, sourcing, and procurement.

To maintain the integrity and continuity of the design, all specified furnishings and materials are sourced through NJID. Projects are scoped as complete rooms or defined zones only, ensuring a cohesive result.

The Investment

Design Foundations begins at $5,500, with most projects ranging from $6,500–$8,500, depending on scope.
A $15,000 minimum project budget is required.
