At Janney Street Apartments, a senior living community by HumanGood in Philadelphia, we reimagined the public spaces—including the main lobby, recreation room, third-floor lounge, and administrative offices—with a focus on budget-conscious interior design that still delivers style, comfort, and durability. Our goal was to create a welcoming environment that feels elevated yet approachable—where residents and staff alike feel at ease.

Blending commercial-grade furniture, warm neutral tones, layered textures, and abstract artwork, we brought a boutique-inspired aesthetic to senior multi-housing.
