The project initially began as a full-service interior design engagement. As the design process progressed and an additional decision-maker became actively involved, it became clear that a more collaborative and flexible approach would better serve the household. Rather than forcing a traditional full-service model, we strategically transitioned the project into our Design Foundations Hybrid Design Service, creating a customized roadmap that empowered the clients to take ownership of execution while still benefiting from professional design expertise.

Our team developed comprehensive design concepts, space planning, furniture layouts, finish selections, and visual design direction for multiple areas throughout the home, including entertaining spaces, family gathering areas, children's bedrooms, and a dedicated home office. In addition to providing detailed design schematics and creative direction, we assembled a comprehensive shopping and procurement guide outlining furnishings, lighting, textiles, wallcoverings, accessories, and finish selections, along with guidance on where each item could be sourced. This allowed the clients to confidently manage purchasing, deliveries, installation coordination, and project execution on their own timeline while maintaining the integrity of the overall design vision.

The result is a home that feels layered, personal, and highly functional, demonstrating that exceptional interior design doesn't always require full-service implementation.
